General Manager
About the Role
Crawlspace Medic, the leading franchise in the crawl space and basement repair industry, offers a unique opportunity to step into the American Dream. Typically, opening a new market requires significant capital for the franchise fee and startup costs. However, we’ve created an alternative path for those without immediate funds. Current franchisees, who believe in our system, are ready to invest in new markets—they just need someone to lead them. That’s where you come in. You’ll run the business, manage the team, and drive performance. As the business grows, you’ll have the opportunity to buy out the investor’s stake and become the franchisee, owning your own business.
