About the Role

Crawlspace Medic is the leading franchise in the crawl space and basement repair industry. This opportunity offers a path to franchise ownership without requiring upfront capital. Investors (current franchisees) fund the market, and you run the business—managing people, P&L, and performance. As the business grows and hits targets, you buy out the investor’s stake and become the franchisee. You’ll start on a base salary with uncapped profit share, earning more as the market performs better.

Responsibilities

• Lead teams to measurable results in a process-driven, labor-intensive environment
• Build and enforce standard operating procedures
• Recruit, develop, and retain strong talent
• Address challenges directly and early
• Manage sales, marketing, and capacity planning at the unit level
• Operate under pressure while maintaining focus
• Perform hands-on work, including crawling under houses for inspections

Requirements

• Proven track record of leading teams to results in a labor-intensive environment
• Experience with standard operating procedures
• Ability to recruit, develop, and retain talent
• Discipline in addressing issues proactively
• Understanding of sales, marketing, and capacity planning
• Accountability for results and openness to feedback
• Grit to operate under pressure without losing focus

Physical Demands

• Crawl on hands and knees or belly through tight, dark spaces
• Maneuver in confined areas
• Handle light hand tools as needed

Pay

Expected earnings for top performers:

• Year 1: ~$85,000
• Year 2: ~$100,000–$110,000
• Year 3: ~$125,000–$135,000 (before ownership buy-in value)
