A group of Crawlspace Medic franchisees funds the market. You run it—managing the business, the people, the performance, and all aspects of the operation. As the market grows and meets its targets, you buy out the investor's stake and become the franchisee. You own the business.

Physical Demands

• Expect to crawl on your hands and knees and belly-crawl through tight, dark spaces
• Maneuver in confined areas
• Handle light hand tools as needed

• Full-time, W-2, salary exempt
• Base salary + uncapped profit sharing

What to Expect

• As an A-player in Year 1, you can expect to earn around $85,000
• In Year 2, you can expect to earn between $100,000 and $110,000
• In Year 3, you can expect to earn between $125,000 and $135,000
