Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Create an exceptional experience for all guests.
- Maintain a positive work environment for team members and guests.
- Solicit feedback to understand the needs and wants of our guests.
- Train team members on company standards and practices.
- Conduct daily alignment meetings for the management team as well as team members.
- Create schedules to ensure necessary coverage in all areas of the space allowing service to run seamlessly.
- Conduct weekly financials.
- Oversee compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Manage Labor.
Knowledge
- Understanding of kitchen operations and cooking techniques.
- General food service standards and allergen awareness.
- Knowledge of providing guests and personal service standards.
- This includes guest needs assessment, meeting company standards for service, and ensuring guest satisfaction.
- Ability to read and understand financial reports while also teaching team members.
