Key Responsibilities

- Inspire, coach, and develop leaders throughout the organization

- Develop and execute strategic growth initiatives that drive revenue, retention, and profitability
- Lead and support sales initiatives focused on expanding market presence throughout Southeastern Wisconsin
- Identify opportunities for operational improvements, scalability, and long-term business growth
- Analyze key business metrics and financial performance indicators to drive informed decision-making
- Maintain focus on strategic priorities while balancing daily operational demands
- Oversee daily operations across sales, operations, finance, administration, and client management functions
- Ensure operational consistency, accountability, and alignment with company standards and expectations
- Drive performance through clearly defined scorecards, goals, and measurable outcomes
- Improve client satisfaction, retention, and Net Promoter Score (NPS) performance
- Build operational systems and processes that support sustainable long-term growth
- Manage budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning responsibilities
- Maintain strong understanding of financial statements, profitability, labor management, and operational efficiency
- Ensure responsible stewardship of company resources and financial performance
- Cultivate strong relationships with employees, clients, independent contractors, vendors, and community partners
- Represent the company professionally within the Milwaukee business community
- Strengthen partnerships that contribute to long-term organizational success
Requirements
- 7-10+ years of progressive leadership experience in operations, business management, sales leadership, or general management
- Proven success leading high-performing teams in a growth-oriented environment
- Strong operational, organizational, and financial management skills
- Exceptional communication, coaching, and relationship-building abilities
- High emotional intelligence with the ability to lead effectively under pressure
- Strategic thinker with the ability to execute tactically and operationally
- Entrepreneurial mindset with adaptability in fast-paced environments
- Strong accountability and follow-through
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and business software systems including CRM and ERP platforms
- Bachelor's degree in Business or related field preferred; MBA a plus
