Key Responsibilities

  • Inspire, coach, and develop leaders throughout the organization

  • Develop and execute strategic growth initiatives that drive revenue, retention, and profitability
  • Lead and support sales initiatives focused on expanding market presence throughout Southeastern Wisconsin
  • Identify opportunities for operational improvements, scalability, and long-term business growth
  • Analyze key business metrics and financial performance indicators to drive informed decision-making
  • Maintain focus on strategic priorities while balancing daily operational demands
  • Oversee daily operations across sales, operations, finance, administration, and client management functions
  • Ensure operational consistency, accountability, and alignment with company standards and expectations
  • Drive performance through clearly defined scorecards, goals, and measurable outcomes
  • Improve client satisfaction, retention, and Net Promoter Score (NPS) performance
  • Build operational systems and processes that support sustainable long-term growth
  • Manage budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning responsibilities
  • Maintain strong understanding of financial statements, profitability, labor management, and operational efficiency
  • Ensure responsible stewardship of company resources and financial performance
  • Cultivate strong relationships with employees, clients, independent contractors, vendors, and community partners
  • Represent the company professionally within the Milwaukee business community
  • Strengthen partnerships that contribute to long-term organizational success

Requirements

  • 7-10+ years of progressive leadership experience in operations, business management, sales leadership, or general management
  • Proven success leading high-performing teams in a growth-oriented environment
  • Strong operational, organizational, and financial management skills
  • Exceptional communication, coaching, and relationship-building abilities
  • High emotional intelligence with the ability to lead effectively under pressure
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to execute tactically and operationally
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with adaptability in fast-paced environments
  • Strong accountability and follow-through
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and business software systems including CRM and ERP platforms
  • Bachelor's degree in Business or related field preferred; MBA a plus
