Core Responsibilities

  • Act as a trusted advisor and communicator to the CEO, consistently delivering clear insights on the company's operational and financial health.
  • Lead decision-making with a strong connection to Choura’s vision, mission, and values.
  • Deeply understand and manage company financials—including budgeting, forecasting, and margin performance—to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual goals.
  • Uphold a principled decision-making process that prioritizes long-term success and organizational integrity.

Essential Duties

  • Maintain balance and alignment between sales and operations on a daily basis.
  • Create and refine forecasting tools that emphasize high-margin opportunities.
  • Develop and enforce consistent pricing strategies across all sales teams.
  • Closely monitor cost of goods sold (COGS) and revenue to maintain healthy profit margins.
  • Drive growth strategies focused on key accounts and multi-year partnerships.
  • Build and sustain strong relationships with key customers through regular communication.
  • Partner with the Director of Operations to recruit and retain high-performing field and warehouse teams.
  • Collaborate with analysts to integrate real-time data into strategic decision-making, especially when margins are at risk.
  • Engage in ongoing, honest dialogue with the CEO to maintain a pulse on team performance and morale.
  • Lead internal initiatives to increase EBITDA and demonstrate return on investment.
  • Serve as a brand ambassador in both professional and personal settings, representing Choura with professionalism and authenticity.
