General Manager

Responsibilities

• Maintain 100% Neat, Clean, Organized and Operational facility to company standards
• Mastery & Key Business Drivers (KBDs): Master ALL work & management processes (100% standard, 100% of the time, 100% volume); hold Team accountable for delivering 100% of standard, 100% of the time, at 100% volume; teach and coach operational excellence daily; drive 4-wall sales growth by delivering Quality, Accuracy, Hospitality, Speed of Service, Cleanliness, People and Value
• Team: Topgrade and develop a high performance team of up to 30–40 team members; be a servant leader, mentor and coach; inspire the team to uphold brand standards and exceed guest expectations
• Guests: Delight every guest every time creating raving fans; be an ambassador for Choolaah’s Vision, Mission and Values; interact with guests one-on-one to create joyful experiences
• Finance: Achieve financial and operational targets; drive additional sales growth
• Partners: Treat partners with respect and provide constructive feedback
• Community: Provide leadership for safety and social responsibility initiatives

Requirements

• Total Compensation potential over $80,000!
