Responsibilities

• Uphold top-notch standards of excellence and hospitality to be guest obsessed
• Ensure speed of service, accuracy, and a positive guest experience
• Oversee the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, hiring, performance management, and people processes
• Train and develop crew members, shift leaders, and Apprentices using Chipotle’s training tools and resources
• Direct team members to deliver accurate and on-time digital orders
• Manage day-to-day restaurant operations, including scheduling, P&L control, sales forecasting, and recruiting
• Maintain a clean dining room and ensure the restaurant is always guest-ready
• Uphold food safety, operational, and compliance standards
• Drive the financial success of the restaurant by achieving annual sales and cash flow plans
• Work lunch, dinner, and weekend shifts to provide leadership across all hours of operation
• Engage in creative marketing and community efforts to drive sales (e.g., fundraisers, community engagement)

Requirements

• Previous restaurant management experience, including scheduling, P&L management, food safety, sales forecasting, and recruiting
• Passion for hospitality and a guest-obsessed mindset
• Friendly and enthusiastic attitude with a genuine enthusiasm for people development and leadership
• Ability to stand and walk for up to 10 hours a day in a fast-paced kitchen environment
• Capability to lift 50 lbs./25 kg and perform other physical activities required for the role
• Comfort working in varied temperatures, tasting and preparing food, and communicating with team members and customers
