Responsibilities

• Be guest obsessed—uphold top-notch standards of excellence and hospitality
• Ensure speed of service, accuracy, and a positive guest experience
• Oversee the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, hiring, performance management, and people processes
• Train and develop crew members, shift leaders, and Apprentices using Chipotle’s training tools and resources
• Direct team members to deliver accurate and on-time digital orders
• Manage day-to-day restaurant operations, including scheduling, P&L control, sales forecasting, and recruiting
• Ensure the dining room remains clean and the restaurant is always guest-ready
• Uphold food safety, operational, and compliance standards
• Be accountable for the overall financial success of the restaurant, achieving annual sales and cash flow plans
• Work a schedule that includes lunch, dinner, and weekend shifts to provide leadership across all hours of operation

Requirements

• Previous restaurant management experience, including scheduling, P&L management, food safety, sales forecasting, and recruiting
• Passion for hospitality and a guest-obsessed mindset
• Friendly and enthusiastic attitude with genuine enthusiasm for people development and leadership
• Creative approach to marketing and driving sales (e.g., fundraisers, community engagement)
• Ability to stand and walk around the restaurant for up to 10 hours a day
• Ability to lift 50 lbs./25 kg and perform other physical activities necessary for the role
• Comfort working in a fast-paced kitchen environment with varied temperatures, preparing food, and interacting with customers

Schedule

This role requires working lunch, dinner, and weekend shifts to provide leadership across all hours of operation.
