General Manager

About the role

As a General Manager at Captain D’s, you'll lead the restaurant, drive results, and ensure every guest enjoys an exceptional experience. Responsibilities

• Lead the restaurant, driving results and ensuring exceptional guest experiences
• Manage financials and operational aspects of the restaurant
• Mentor, coach, and train team members
• Resolve conflicts and provide direction
• Manage inventory, labor, and financial controls
• Ensure quality food and outstanding service
• Work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
• Perform repetitive movements for extended periods
• Occasionally use taste, smell, and far vision; work around chemicals and on uneven surfaces; may use a step stool/ladder
• Work variable days and hours, including weekends, evenings, and holidays
• Exposure to extreme conditions, such as extreme heat or cold from equipment or weather

Requirements

• At least 18 years old
• Completed a background check
• Valid Driver's License

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in restaurant, hospitality, or retail management, with proven success in managing financials
• Skilled in fast-paced, high-volume environments
• Committed to quality food and outstanding service
• Able to mentor, coach, and train effectively
• Strong communication skills, including conflict resolution and direction

Pay

Competitive pay starting at $45,000 per year up to $60,000 per year with quarterly bonuses.

Schedule

Variable days and hours, including weekends, evenings, and holidays. Standard restaurant environment with exposure to extreme conditions. Minimum of 50 hours weekly. Might be exposed to extreme conditions, such as extreme heat or cold from equipment or weather.
