General Manager

About the role

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate your team to achieve business goals
• Manage financials and operational processes to optimize efficiency

Requirements

• At least 18 years old
• Completed a background check
• Valid Driver's License
• Continuous use of speech, hearing, vision, and manual dexterity
• Frequent standing, walking, reaching, bending, and lifting up to 50 pounds
• Occasionally uses taste, smell, and far vision
• Works around chemicals and on uneven surfaces
• May use a step stool/ladder
• Minimum of 50 hours weekly
• Might be exposed to extreme conditions

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in restaurant, hospitality, or retail management
• Proven success in managing financials
• Skilled in fast-paced, high-volume environments
• Committed to quality food and outstanding service
• Able to mentor, coach, and train effectively
• Strong communication skills, including conflict resolution and direction
• Experience managing inventory, labor, and financial controls

Schedule

• Variable days and hours, including weekends, evenings, and holidays
• Standard restaurant environment with exposure to extreme conditions
• Minimum of 50 hours weekly
• Might be exposed to extreme conditions, such as extreme heat or cold from equipment or weather
