General Manager

About the role

Responsibilities

• Lead the restaurant team, manage finances, and drive results
• Ensure high-quality food and excellent service
• Mentor, coach, and train team members
• Manage inventory, labor, and financial controls
• Resolve conflicts and provide clear direction
• Manage shifts and schedules
• Perform various tasks including standing, walking, reaching, bending, and lifting up to 50 pounds
• Work in a standard restaurant environment with exposure to extreme conditions

Requirements

• At least 18 years old
• Completed a background check
• Valid Driver's License

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in restaurant, hospitality, or retail, with proven success managing financials
• Skilled in fast-paced, high-volume environments
• Committed to quality food and outstanding service
• Able to mentor, coach, and train effectively
• Strong communication skills, including conflict resolution and direction
• Experience managing inventory, labor, and financial controls
• Motivated, energetic, and results-focused
