General Manager

About the role

As a General Manager at Captain D’s, you'll lead the restaurant, drive results, and ensure every guest enjoys an exceptional experience. The estimated time from applying to starting can be between 10-20 days.

Requirements

• At least 18 years old
• Completed a background check
• Valid Driver's License
• Continuous use of speech, hearing, vision, and manual dexterity
• Frequent standing, walking, reaching, bending, and lifting up to 50 pounds
• Occasionally uses taste, smell, and far vision
• Works around chemicals and on uneven surfaces
• May use a step stool/ladder
• Minimum of 50 hours weekly
• Exposure to extreme conditions
• Work in a standard restaurant environment

Qualifications

• 2+ years of leadership experience in restaurant, hospitality, or retail, with proven success managing financials
• Operational strength in fast-paced, high-volume environments
• Committed to quality food and outstanding service
• Able to develop and maintain strong relationships with guests
• Able to manage inventory, labor, and financial controls
• Strong business insight and management skills
• Passion and drive for success
• Growth mindset to learn and advance professionally
