Responsibilities

Requirements
- At least 18 years old
- Completed a background check
- Valid Driver's License
- Continuous use of speech, hearing, vision, and manual dexterity
- Frequent standing, walking, reaching, bending, and lifting up to 50 pounds
- Occasionally uses taste, smell, and far vision
- Works around chemicals and on uneven surfaces
- May use a step stool/ladder
- Minimum of 50 hours weekly
- Exposure to extreme conditions
- 50% of General Managers promoted from within
Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in restaurant, hospitality, or retail management, with proven success in financial management
- Skilled in fast-paced, high-volume environments
- Committed to quality food and outstanding service
- Able to mentor, coach, and train effectively
- Strong communication skills, including conflict resolution and direction
- Experience managing inventory, labor, and financial controls
- Motivated, energetic, and results-focused
