About the Role
You will be the expert in creating legendary experiences for guests. From local restaurant marketing to Profit and Loss statement results, you will ensure that your restaurant is at the top of its game. You will oversee your restaurant management team through performance, engagement, and training initiatives. If that weren’t cool enough, you will also oversee all community connection and fundraising related activities.
Responsibilities

Requirements
- 4-5 years of management experience
- Previous restaurant General Manager experience
- General knowledge of labor laws, health codes, safe food handling and sanitation, responsible alcohol service, safety and security systems and procedures, and computer operations
- Ability to manage and direct the work of others
- Champion change
- Passion for training and developing your team
- Ability to analyze a Profit and Loss statement
- Experience in restaurant management
- Knowledge of labor laws, health codes, and food safety
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Ability to analyze financial statements
