Responsibilities
- Create legendary experiences for guests through local restaurant marketing and community connection activities.
- Ensure your restaurant is at the top of its game by overseeing Profit and Loss statement results.
- Oversee your restaurant management team through performance, engagement, and training initiatives.
- Analyze a Profit and Loss statement.
Requirements
- 4-5 years of management experience and previous restaurant General Manager experience.
- A general knowledge of labor laws, health codes, safe food handling and sanitation, responsible alcohol service, safety and security systems and procedures, and computer operations.
- The ability to manage and direct the work of others, champion change, and have a passion for training and developing your team.
Qualifications

- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to analyze financial statements.
- Experience in managing a team.
Skills
- Restaurant management experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Knowledge of labor laws, health codes, and food safety regulations.
