About the role
Zaxby's General Manager is responsible for leading the restaurant's daily operations, fostering a positive team culture, and achieving financial goals.
Responsibilities
- Enhance guest experiences by meeting and exceeding expectations.
- Increase sales and profits through community partnerships and exceptional service.
- Create and enforce an effective work schedule.
- Hire and train top-performing employees.
- Ensure compliance with training and certification processes.
- Develop and implement performance plans for management staff.
- Create and execute quarterly business plans using various resources.
- Aid in marketing plans and prepare AMs for advancement.
- Mentor and inspire team members to achieve company objectives.
- Monitor daily operations and provide feedback to improve performance.
- Manage physical demands required for standing, walking, or sitting for extended periods.
Qualifications
- Must be 18 years old or older.
- At least 1 year of restaurant management experience (preferred).
- Flexible schedule available (minimum 5 days, 40-50 hours per week).
- Pass background check and complete in-store training program.
- Pass online ZFI AM test with a score of 90% or above.
- Complete Phase III GM certification.
- Pass In-store ZFI Kitchen Demonstrative with a score of 90% or above.
- Hold Food Manager Certification.
Pay
$55,000 - $65,000 annually based on experience.
Schedule
Flexible schedule accommodating days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
