About the role

General Manager Bristol is seeking a General Manager, a highly visible role, will oversee the management, coordination, and strategic direction of the facilities dining, environmental, and nursing programs. Bristol provides healthcare facilities with food, nutrition, environmental, and facilities management solutions. Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and oversight for specialized care programs, ensuring compassionate and specialized support for residents with cognitive impairments.
• Lead and develop a high-performing team to ensure quality service and resident satisfaction.
• Oversee budgeting, financial planning, and resource allocation.
• Ensure adherence to all regulatory and safety standards.
• Build strong relationships with business partners, residents, staff, and community partners.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership experience in facilities management, hospitality, senior living, healthcare, or related multi-facetted management environment.
• Strong organization, operational, and financial management skills.
• Ability to lead, inspire, and develop teams.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Requirements

• 5+ years multi-site management experience
• Demonstrated success as a top operational performer, consistently exceeding targets and budgets
• Must have the ability to learn quickly and apply that knowledge, along with the ability to work in a team environment
• Helpful Experience: Dining or Food Services – 5 years
• Helpful Experience: Hospitality Management – 5 years
• Helpful Experience: Healthcare Management – 5 years
• Helpful Experience: Management – 10 years

Pay

• Above market rate salary
