About the role
The General Manager oversees the day-to-day operations and financial performance of the location. Key responsibilities include hiring, training, and managing staff, ensuring safety protocols are followed, and maintaining profitability.
Responsibilities
- Manages hiring, scheduling, and training of Team Members
- Maintains safety procedures and ensures compliance
- Completes performance evaluations and conducts safety meetings
- Conducts coaching and issues corrective actions
- Maintains cleanliness and inventory management
- Ensures accurate invoicing and resolves complex issues
- Trains and updates employees on policies and procedures
- Communicates with corporate office on return jobs
- Works alongside Team Members and provides customer service
- Assists with additional duties as assigned
Requirements
- Three to five years related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Current valid driver's license and insurability to drive
- Basic keyboarding and computer skills
- Able to work a minimum of 50 hours per week
- Able to work weekends, holidays, and as needed
- Able to communicate in English

- Must have reliable transportation and phone
- Able to work cooperatively with other team members
