General Manager

About the role

Bring your strategic leadership, operational expertise, and people-first approach to this General Manager role with a respected construction organization in the Eugene/Springfield area. In this position, you will guide cross-functional teams, support market growth, and serve as a key representative of the company across internal operations, industry events, and community-facing initiatives. You’ll collaborate with up to six departments to implement strategies, manage day-to-day personnel, assist HR in recruiting, lead sales and public relations, drive marketing initiatives, maintain active participation in local networking and trade groups, push sales and raise brand awareness, and maintain a professional social media presence. You’ll work closely with HR to assign leads, coordinate training, and participate in training programs. Together with the Leadership Team you’ll plan events and budgets, provide monthly written reports, and represent the company at industry events. • Coordinate the training of all levels of personnel
• Participate in training programs as needed
