About the role

The General Manager (GM) oversees all store operations including RV Sales, Parts, and Service. Key responsibilities include team development, sales objectives, facility and merchandising, customer satisfaction, inventory, and budgeting and forecasting.

• Provide excellent operational support to the organization, creating an environment that releases individuals and teams to dedicate their resources to client service.
• Enable and empower team members to effectively function with clarity and efficiency.
• Work with Parts & Service as well as Rental Department to ensure sales goals are achieved.
