About the role

We are the fastest-growing, fully automated express car wash business in the Southeast, setting new standards for quality, speed, and customer satisfaction. Join our team as a General Manager and work closely with the Operating Partner to build and maintain a strong team that delivers a top-notch car wash experience. Ensure everything runs smoothly, efficiently, and within budget while keeping the site well-maintained and operating at its best. The General Manager helps create a positive culture by leading with the company’s values and focusing the team on delivering great service every day. This includes spending time at the pay station greeting customers and actively selling memberships to single-wash customers.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations to ensure smooth, efficient, and budget-compliant performance.
• Maintain site appearance and operational excellence.
• Lead and mentor the team by example, fostering a positive culture aligned with company values.
• Spend time at the pay station greeting customers and converting single-wash customers to memberships.
• Assist the Operating Partner with all aspects of running the car wash.
• Serve customers in a friendly manner with a focus on exceptional service.
• Collaborate with team members and adhere to company systems.
• Develop new skills in safety, mechanical, and customer service areas.
• Maintain a clean appearance according to company standards.
• Act as a problem solver in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

• Experience in manufacturing, operations, production, distribution, logistics, or other process-driven environments.
• Proven ability to manage people, maintain standards, improve efficiency, and deliver consistent results.
• Comfortable leading from the front in a fast-paced setting.
• Ability to balance customer service with operational excellence.
• Willingness to work actively outside in a high-volume environment.
