General Manager

About the role

The General Manager works closely with the Operating Partner to build and maintain a strong team that delivers a top-notch car wash experience. This includes ensuring smooth operations, maintaining standards, improving efficiency, and delivering consistent results.

Responsibilities

• Manage the team to ensure they deliver a top-notch car wash experience.
• Ensure everything runs smoothly, efficiently, and within budget.
• Keep the site looking great, well-maintained, and operating at its best.
• Create a positive culture by leading with the company’s values and focusing on delivering great service every day.
• Spend time at the pay station greeting customers and actively selling memberships to single-wash customers.

Requirements

• Experience in manufacturing, operations, production, distribution, logistics, or other process-driven environments.
• Comfortable leading from the front, working in a fast-paced setting, and balancing customer service with operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills in areas of safety, mechanical, and customer service.
• Maintain a clean appearance according to the company’s standards.
• Assist the Operating Partner with all aspects of running a wash.
• Lead and mentor by example.
• Be a problem solver.
