About the role

We are the fastest‑growing, fully automated express car wash business in the Southeast, setting new standards for quality, speed, and customer satisfaction. The General Manager works closely with the Operating Partner to build and maintain a strong team that delivers a top‑notch car wash experience, ensures smooth and efficient operations within budget, keeps the site well‑maintained, and cultivates a positive culture aligned with the company’s values.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily car‑wash operations to ensure efficiency, quality, and budget compliance.
• Maintain the site’s appearance and equipment, keeping everything in optimal condition.
• Spend time at the pay station greeting customers and actively selling memberships to single‑wash patrons.
• Lead, mentor, and develop team members by example, fostering a collaborative and service‑focused environment.
• Assist the Operating Partner with all aspects of running the wash, including scheduling, inventory, and reporting.
• Promote and enforce safety, mechanical, and customer‑service standards.
• Identify and resolve operational problems quickly and effectively.
• Maintain a clean personal appearance that meets company standards.

Qualifications

• Experience in manufacturing, operations, production, distribution, logistics, or other process‑driven environments.
• Proven ability to manage people, uphold standards, improve efficiency, and deliver consistent results.
• Comfortable leading from the front in a fast‑paced setting.
• Demonstrated balance of strong customer service with operational excellence.
