General Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage the facility’s training, scheduling, hiring, and performance assessment, including ensuring the facility is properly staffed at all times.
• Problem solve facility issues and customer concerns in a professional manner.
• Create a positive and fun learning environment for all students.
• Engage in continuous training opportunities for all staff.
• Oversee facility budgets, meet financial targets and implement revenue generating initiatives.
• Maintain proper pool chemicals and pump room operations.
• Ensure safety of patrons and staff in the facility at all times.

Requirements

• 5+ years management experience leading large teams (30+ employees)
• Ability to provide high level service and create a strong sense of community for customer base
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to multi task in a fast paced environment
• Strong critical thinking skills and proactive approach to problem solving
• Must be able to lift 30 lbs. and be on your feet for long periods of time
• Must be available on weekends and evening/nights

Pay

Salary Range: $60,000-70,000

Schedule

The listed salary range represents the anticipated compensation for this role. Final offers will depend on a candidate’s experience and how closely their background aligns with the position requirements. Most new hires typically begin near the lower end of the range.
