GENERAL MANAGER

About the role

The General Manager will oversee all aspects of the studio's operations, including but not limited to, community outreach, lead generation, and member referrals.

Responsibilities

• Meet and exceed studio revenue goals and new membership sales targets through strategic community outreach, in-studio lead generation, and member referrals.
• Build lasting relationships with prospective and current members to foster a strong ambassadorship and retain members.
• Oversee all operational aspects of the studio, ensuring smooth day-to-day activities align with the company's mission to provide an energetic communal experience.
