General Manager

What You’ll Do:

• Lead all daily restaurant operations
• Recruit, train, develop, and retain top talent
• Drive sales and profitability
• Manage labor, food, beverage, and operating costs
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness, service, and food quality
• Create a positive, high-energy culture for employees and guests
• Execute promotions, events, and community involvement initiatives
• Ensure exceptional guest satisfaction and hospitality

What We’re Looking For:

• 3+ years General Manager experience in a full-service, high-volume restaurant
• Strong leadership and team-building skills
• Proven success managing P&L performance
• Passion for hospitality and guest experience
• Ability to lead from the floor and work alongside the team
• Experience with bar operations and beverage programs preferred
