Requirements

• At least 2 years of leadership experience in the restaurant, hospitality, or retail industry, with financial responsibility.
• Passion for creating a positive workplace culture and motivating teams.
• Commitment to delivering outstanding customer service and serving amazing pizza with enthusiasm.
• Strong leadership qualities: honesty, energy, motivation, and a fun personality.
• Vision for an exceptional restaurant experience and the ability to inspire your team to achieve it.
• High personal and professional standards.
• Comfort with the fast-paced, unpredictable nature of the restaurant business.
• At least 18 years old with a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (not public transit—you may need to drive for deposits).
• Eagerness to learn and grow within the company.
