About the role

Allmetal, Inc. seeks General Manager to deliver complete engineered packages that meet customer needs, working with sales and customers to engineer, design, analyze, test, develop and oversee manufacture of stainless, aluminum and painted products; oversee day-to-day operations; ensure quality and continuous improvement; develop solutions to complex problems while maintaining product integrity; develop and implement strategies to maximize productivity and profits; develop operational policies and manage budgets to optimize expenses; evaluate and improve operations and financial performance; support all stages of the project lifecycle; maintain regulatory compliance and standards using positive reinforcement for health and safety adherence; ensure employees work productively and develop professionally; oversee recruitment and training of new employees; direct employee assessment process; manage direct reports, oversee performance, provide guidance, support, and development needs; provide solutions to issues including profit decline, employee conflicts, and changes in business demand; maintain relationships with customers and stakeholders. • Oversee day-to-day operations of the business
• Ensure quality to continuously improve products and services
• Develop solutions to complex problems while maintaining the integrity of the product
• Develop and implement strategies to maximize productivity and profits
• Develop operational policies and manage budgets to optimize expenses

• Support all stages of projects lifecycle
• Maintain regulatory compliance and standards using positive reinforcements for adherence of all health and safety regulations
• Ensure employees work productively and develop professionally
• Oversee recruitment and training of new employees
• Direct the employee assessment process
• Manage direct reports, oversee performance, provide guidance, support, and development needs, strengthening the relationship for mutual success
• Provide solutions to issues including profit decline, employee conflicts, change in business demand
• Maintain relationships with customers and stakeholders

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or foreign degree equivalent in Engineering, Engineering Technology or Computer Science
• 2 years of experience in the job offered or in product design/development or 3 years of experience in the job offered or in product design/development
