Key Responsibilities
- Lead all stadium cleaning operations (event, pre/post-event, and non-event days)
- Manage managers, supervisors, and large frontline teams
- Oversee union labor relations and contract compliance
- Control budgets, labor forecasting, and overtime
- Ensure OSHA, health, and safety compliance
- Partner with stadium leadership and operations teams
Qualifications
- 7+ years of large-scale cleaning or facilities leadership experience
- Proven success managing high-volume venues and union environments
- Strong operational, financial, and people leadership skills
- Able to work nights, weekends, and event schedules
- Experience working with union staff
Salary and Schedule
Salary: $140,000.00 - $160,000.00
Schedule: Hours are based on operational needs.
