Summary Of Duties And Responsibilities

  • Business Development: Oversee day-to-day operations, develop company initiatives, and engage in local event involvement and marketing campaigns.
  • Customer Relations: Check-in customers, take payments, coach team members, and ensure customer satisfaction through positive interactions.
  • Staff Relations: Schedule shifts, hire new employees, create talent pipelines, and train and evaluate staff members.
  • Maintenance Duties: Ensure gaming facilities run optimally, perform inspections, maintain inventory, and manage daily cleaning and maintenance.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate should have strong customer service skills, the ability to work both independently and as part of a team, and a passion for technology and gaming. Experience in a similar role is preferred, but not required. A bachelor's degree in a related field is also beneficial.
