About the role
As the General Manager (GM) at 4Wall, you will serve as the primary point of contact for your location and provide leadership across all aspects of operations, including rentals, sales, and systems departments. You will oversee the profitability of the location, ensuring efficient operations, high-quality equipment and services, and maximum customer satisfaction. The GM is responsible for financial budgeting, revenue generation, cost control, and the productivity of the entire staff.
Responsibilities
- Lead all aspects of the location’s income-producing operations, including rentals, sales, and systems departments.
- Manage the financial budget, ensuring profitability and cost efficiency.
- Monitor the quality of rental equipment and services to maintain high customer satisfaction.
- Oversee staff productivity and efficiency to maximize revenue generation.
- Develop and execute strategic direction for the company, influencing and motivating teams to support the strategy.
- Direct, coach, mentor, and develop team members.
- Implement and oversee operations, including marketing plans, safety programs, personnel and labor relations, repairs, maintenance, and quality assurance.
Requirements
- Minimum of 5+ years in supervisory and leadership experience managing diverse teams.
- Proven track record of operating and leading a business, with emphasis on sales, financial management (budgeting, forecasting, reporting), and computer literacy.
- Strong understanding of operations, including marketing, security, safety programs, personnel and labor relations, repairs, maintenance, and quality assurance.
- Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to direct, coach, mentor, and develop teams.
- Strong motivation and ability to execute strategic direction while influencing others.
Pay
Salary Range: $125,000 - $200,000
