General Manager
About the role
While every day is different at 4Wall, the General Manager (GM) will serve as the primary point of contact for their location and provide leadership for all aspects of operations and management of 4Wall Lighting Entertainment initiatives. The GM manages all aspects of the location’s income-producing operations, specifically its rentals, sales, and systems departments. They are responsible for the profitability of the location and the efficiency of its operations. The GM monitors the financial budget, ensures the quality of the location’s rental equipment and services, and maximizes customer satisfaction. They oversee the quality of gear and service, as well as the efficiency and productivity of the entire staff to ensure maximum revenue generation, cost control, and profitability.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for the location
- Lead all aspects of operations and management for 4Wall Lighting Entertainment initiatives
- Oversee rentals, sales, and systems departments
- Ensure profitability and operational efficiency of the location
- Monitor financial budgets and control costs
- Maintain high-quality rental equipment and services
- Ensure maximum customer satisfaction
- Direct, coach, mentor, and develop staff
- Execute strategic direction and influence others in support of company goals
Requirements
- Minimum 5+ years of supervisory and leadership experience managing various types of teams
- Proven track record of operating and leading a business from all aspects, with emphasis on sales, financial management (budgeting, forecasting, reporting), and computer literacy
- Understanding and knowledge of operations, including marketing plans, security and safety programs, personnel and labor relations, repairs, maintenance, and quality assurance programs
- Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to direct, coach, mentor, and develop teams
- Strong motivation and ability to execute strategic direction
Pay
Salary Range: $125,000 - $200,000
