Position Summary
The General Manager owns the entire store- people, sales performance, operations, and guest experience. This role is accountable for hitting budget, developing leaders, and ensuring value is driven through a guest-centric experience.

- Sales Leadership & Floor Execution (Including Ups Management)
- Customer Experience & Guest Support
- Inventory Management, Promotion Control, & Cash Handling
- Facilities & Building Oversight
- Culture Management & Communication (Including Huddle Leadership)
- Store Operations & Standards
- Talent Development & Coaching
- Scheduling & Team Management (Including Conflict Management)
- Training & Performance Management
- KPI Reporting & Management Meetings
Required Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent, required. College degree, preferred
- Experience: 3-5 years of retail leadership experience in high-volume or furniture retail environment, required
Physical and Work Environment Requirements
- Physical Demands: Standing/walking for extended periods; occasional lifting
- Work Environment: Retail Sales Floor
Schedule
Weekdays, Weekends, and Holidays, as required
