General Manager/Assistant General Manager
Requirements
- 5+ years of management experience required.
- 5+ years of customer service experience required.
- Previous McDonald's General Manager/Assistant General Manager experience highly preferred.
Responsibilities
The General Manager is responsible for running a profitable restaurant and ensuring it meets McDonald’s critical customer standards of Quality, Service, and Cleanliness. This involves setting the restaurant’s goals, creating a plan to achieve them, and leading a team of Department Managers. The General Manager works closely with Department Managers to set goals, monitor progress, and provide coaching and direction to improve performance. They also hire and develop Department and Shift Managers to ensure the restaurant has the right team for the future.
Qualifications
Previous General Manager experience running high volume locations is ideal. A background in quick service restaurants or hospitality/review is strongly desired. Must be 18 years or older to manage in corporate-owned restaurants.
