About the Role

Hand & Stone Massage and Facial Spa in Asheville, NC is seeking a high-impact, performance-driven General Manager to lead both the team and the business. This role is ideal for a people-first, servant leader who can build a strong culture, deliver an exceptional guest experience, and drive sales, revenue, and profitability. You’ll own spa performance while developing a team that consistently delivers results.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Business
  • Spa operations and overall performance
  • Sales growth, membership performance, and profitability
  • Key metrics, reporting, and P&L ownership
• Build the Team
  • Recruit, hire, and retain a high-performing team
  • Lead, coach, and develop your team with a people-first mindset
  • Build a culture of accountability, engagement, and service excellence
  • Ensure a World Class Client experience (WCCE) across all touchpoints
• Drive the Results
  • Increase revenue through memberships, service utilization, and retail performance
  • Use reporting and data to identify opportunities and improve results
  • Optimize scheduling and staffing to support both service and business needs
  • Execute local marketing and community outreach initiatives

Requirements

• 3–5 years of leadership experience
• Proven success driving sales and team performance
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• A balance of people leadership and business acumen
• Strong experience working with KPIs
• P&L experience strongly preferred
• Comfort in a fast-paced environment
• Flexible schedule (nights/weekends/holidays)
