General Manager: Asbestos Abatement & Demolition Services

Responsibilities

• Meet with clients and prepare project estimates
• Build relationships with customers, contractors, property managers, and insurance professionals
• Lead and support field teams to ensure projects are completed safely and efficiently
• Ensure compliance with OSHA, EPA, DEQ, and company safety standards
• Work closely with office staff on project tracking and documentation
• Help grow the business through networking and relationship development
• Foster a positive, accountable, team-oriented culture

Requirements

• Ledgacy or team management experience
• Construction, restoration, environmental services, mitigation, or asbestos industry background preferred
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Professional, customer-service mindset
• Microsoft Office & computer proficiency
• Valid Oregon Driver’s License with clean driving record
• Ability to pass background check and drug screening

Qualifications

• Knowledge of asbestos regulations and environmental safety procedures is a strong plus.
