About the role

Responsible for overseeing all operations in Altamonte Springs, FL. Manage a team of up to 50 employees and ensure the smooth running of the business.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations and ensure compliance with all policies and procedures.
• Manage employee performance and conduct regular performance reviews.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with other departments to resolve issues and enhance service delivery.
• Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of management experience in a fast-paced retail or service-oriented environment.
• Proven track record of successful leadership and team management.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays.
