About the role

The General Manager oversees the daily operations of a single Domino’s store. They provide overall leadership and supervision over operations, ensuring achievement of operational standards, food safety, profitability, and fostering an inclusive and engaged work environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily store operations
• Ensure compliance with food safety regulations
• Achieve store profitability goals
• Create and maintain a positive team culture
• Recruit, train, and develop team members
• Lead and enforce team member and food safety protocols
• Operate and troubleshoot POS, ATS, and other relevant technologies

Requirements

• Minimum of one year of prior General Manager experience in a fast-paced service environment
• Understand and demonstrate basic operations procedures and cost management capabilities
• Experience in recruiting, retaining, and developing multiple employees
• Excellent customer service skills
• Valid driver’s license with a safe driving record meeting company standards (preferred)
