About the role
Sodexo is seeking a strategic and client-focused General Manager 5 to lead a high-profile corporate dining and hospitality operation in Boston.
Responsibilities
- Lead all aspects of corporate dining, catering, retail, and hospitality operations to ensure exceptional service delivery.
- Manage financial performance through budgeting, forecasting, labor planning, and cost-control initiatives.
- Develop and maintain strong client partnerships while serving as the primary point of contact for key stakeholders.
- Recruit, mentor, and lead management teams and frontline staff to drive engagement, accountability, and results.
- Ensure compliance with food safety, sanitation, regulatory requirements, and operational standards.
- Drive innovation, customer satisfaction, and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the overall workplace experience.
Requirements
- Progressive leadership experience in corporate dining, hospitality, food service, or multi-unit operations.
- Strong financial acumen with experience managing budgets, forecasting, labor costs, and overall business performance.
- Proven ability to build trusted client relationships and deliver exceptional customer experiences.
- Demonstrated success leading, coaching, and developing high-performing teams.
- Knowledge of food safety, sanitation, and operational compliance standards.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and strategic leadership skills with a focus on operational excellence.
Qualifications
- Minimum Education Requirement - Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.
- Minimum Management Experience – 5 Years.
- Minimum Functional Experience – 5 years.
