General Manager 4 - Food

About the role

Sodexo is seeking a General Manager 4 to lead daily foodservice operations for our food team at HMH Southern Ocean Medical Center in Manahawkin, New Jersey.

Responsibilities

• Have oversight of day-to-day operations
• Deliver high quality food service
• Achieve company and client financial targets and goals
• Develop and maintain client and customer relationships
• Create and implement strategic plans
• Create a positive environment
• Ensure Sodexo Standards are met

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree Preferred
• Strong Operations, Finance, Patient, Retail, and Client Relations are essential
• New Unit Opening Experience, ideal
• True commitment to Nursing Relationships and the Patient Experience
• Staff development, engagement, and understanding of regulatory compliance in NJ a plus
• Strong leadership skills, supervisory experience, and ability to manage multiple priorities
• Demonstrate professional communication skills and passion for high level of customer service
• General Manager Food & Nutrition leadership experience in a healthcare environment
