Sodexo is seeking a General Manager 3 to join our team at Luther Manor. Luther Manor is a vibrant active Life Plan Community located in Wauwatosa, WI. The General Manager will be hands-on and oversee the daily food operations for multiple dining venues on campus. Previous Senior Living or Healthcare experience preferred. Responsibilities

• Oversee daily food service operations, ensuring exceptional quality, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
• Guide and develop the team while managing financial performance.
• Build strong relationships with clients and customers to support sustained success.
• Manage people, set direction, and deploy resources; responsible for performance evaluation, pay reviews, and hire/fire decisions.
• Achieve results through the work of others by influencing and negotiating with parts of the organization.
• Progress within the career band by acquiring broad technical expertise, business and industry knowledge, and process and people leadership capabilities.
