About the role

The Restaurant General Manager (RGM) is responsible for managing daily operations of a single restaurant (10-45 employees), ensuring delivery of guest satisfaction, and achieving desired restaurant outcomes such as increased sales, profitability, and employee retention.

Responsibilities

• Overseeing the financial controls, operations, people development, guest service, and BKC compliance within the restaurant across all shifts.
• Leading the restaurant management team.
• Working long and/or irregular shifts, including extra shifts, as needed, for the proper functioning of the restaurant.
• Interacting with restaurant team members, restaurant management, District Managers (DMs), customers, members of the field operations team, and outside vendors.

Requirements

• A High School Diploma or GED.
• Two years of college preferred.
• Complete all internal certification programs.
• One to two years of restaurant management experience.
• A strong understanding of P-L interpretation and management to influence profitability.
• The ability to prioritize and organize work and time to meet deadlines and objectives.
• Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age.
