About the role

The General Manager is the heart and soul of the restaurant, responsible for overseeing daily operations, ensuring operational standards, food safety, and profitability, while creating an inclusive and engaged environment for crew members.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of a single Domino’s store.
• Provide leadership and supervision to ensure operational excellence.
• Maintain food safety and profitability standards.
• Foster an inclusive and engaging work environment for crew members.
• Recruit, retain, and develop multiple employees.
• Lead and promote team member and food safety protocols.
• Operate and troubleshoot technology (POS, ATS, etc.).
• Deliver excellent customer service.

Requirements

• Minimum of one year of prior management experience in a fast-paced service environment.
• Understanding and demonstration of basic operations procedures and cost management.
• Experience in recruiting, retaining, and developing employees.
• Ability to lead and enforce team member and food safety protocols.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Ability to operate and troubleshoot technology (e.g., POS, ATS).
• Valid driver’s license with a safe driving record meeting company standards (preferred).

Pay

Starting salary of $70,000 per year with monthly bonus opportunities.
