General Manager 1 - Food

About the role

Lead two micro-markets at Chobani in Philadelphia, PA, delivering free fresh meals, snacks, and beverages in a dynamic, customer-centered environment. Take ownership of ordering, inventory, financials, and team leadership while managing one hourly employee.

What you'll do

• Oversee daily food service operations, ensuring exceptional quality, efficiency, and customer satisfaction
• Guide and develop your team while managing financial performance
• Build strong relationships with clients and customers to support sustained success
• Manage people, set direction, and deploy resources
• Handle performance evaluation, pay reviews, and hire/fire decisions

Schedule

Monday-Friday, 6:00 AM to 4:00 PM with no evenings or weekends.

Pay

$58,735 – $76,010 per year, plus eligibility to participate in Sodexo's incentive plan for variable compensation.

• Solid financial expertise, including budgeting, cost control, and performance analysis

• Effective communication and collaboration skills to work cross-functionally and maintain strong client relationships

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• Management experience: 2-5 years
• Related experience: 2-5 years
