Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day operations, including opening or closing the store.
- Lead and develop a team of employees in a fast-paced environment.
- Ensure exceptional customer service and operational excellence.
- Participate in community outreach and charitable initiatives.
Requirements
- Must be over the age of 18.
- At least one year of management experience.
- Must be available to open or close the store.
- Highly motivated with a willingness to learn and grow.
