About the role

As our General Manager, you'll be the leader of the whole operation. You'll oversee store operations, manage inventory and cost control, deliver excellent customer service, and build and train a winning team.

Responsibilities

• Lead and inspire the team, fostering a positive and productive work environment
• Manage inventory and cost control to maintain freshness and profitability
• Ensure exceptional customer service and handle complaints effectively
• Oversee store cleanliness and ensure operations run smoothly
• Recruit, train, and develop team members to build a strong workforce

• Master all team member duties and tasks
• Strong phone skills for taking orders
• Ability to multitask and juggle various responsibilities
• Maintain cleanliness of equipment daily
• Stock ingredients with precision
• Basic math skills for inventory and cost management
• Excellent communication skills with coworkers and customers
• Ability to process orders in-person and over the phone
• Operate all equipment safely and effectively
• Prepare products to quality standards
• Graduate from on-the-job training program
