Requirements

• 2+ years of leadership experience in the restaurant industry with responsibility for financial results
• Honest, energetic, motivational and fun
• Passionate about serving great food and creating excellent customer experiences

Pay

Starting pay is $25–$27/hourly plus overtime. This position is also eligible for participation in performance-based bonus rewards. Bonuses are focused on food safety, financial success and the customer experience — two secret shops each week and everyone on your team working during those shifts is eligible.
