This full-time hands-on GM position that can also lead to a franchise owner. Last year our GMs earned $103,000 on average.
Responsibilities
- Lead a team during your shift
- Responsible for all store operations, including cost control, cash control and customer relations
- Help walk-in customers
- Operate the cash register
- Make all products quickly and accurately, adhering to all portion sizes and recipes
- Maintain cleanliness of the restaurant
- Maintain a professional appearance at all times in compliance with the Domino's Pizza Grooming Standards
- Set the tone and example for the store
Qualifications
- Experience leading a team; during your shift, you will manage a staff of anywhere from 3 to 30 people
- Can-do attitude and motivational skills to get them in the right place, at the right time and doing the right thing all while creating a great place to work
- Reliable insured vehicle and valid Florida driver's license
- A great role model — you're the person everyone will look to
- At least 18 years old

Schedule
Available during all operating hours: Sunday-Thursday 9:00 AM – 1:00 AM; Friday and Saturday 9:00 AM – 2:00 AM. While we are usually able to meet all reasonable requests for time off.
