About the Role

Our General Managers earned $85K on average last year. We are looking for active, motivated individuals in the restaurant world with pizza or equivalent experience to oversee the daily operations of a Domino’s Pizza store. Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily operations of your store.
• Train and develop your team.

• Adhere to DTID (Deliver The Ideal Delivery) standards.
• Recruit, hire, train, develop, and support team members.

Requirements

• Independently self-driven and result-oriented.
• Ability to handle a high-stress, fast-paced work environment.
• Confidence and strong leadership abilities.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Reliable transportation with a valid license, registration, and insurance.
• Management experience is required.
